The water treatment equipment can be used in drinkable or industrial water treatment plants, for equipping new stations or revamping existing ones.

    • Filter nozzles for industrial water
      The filter nozzles for industrial water are components used for retaining the granular filtering materials (ion exchange mass, quartz sand, active carbon, hard coal, gravel, etc.) inside the filters. The nozzles can be used in the following working fluid: hard water, ammonia max. 10%, formaldehyde max. 10%, isopropanol, methanol max. 50%, caustic soda max. 50%, chlorine hydride max. 10%, sulfuric acid max. 10%, salt solution max. 30%.       The filter nozzles for drinkable water are components used for retaining the granular filtering materials (quartz sand or gravel) from the filters and the obstruction of their passing outside the filters. The components of the nozzles are made of polypropylene / PVDF, by plastic molding. Usually, the nozzles can be assembled in concrete plates or on collectors - distributors, made of metallic / plastic pipes and it is used a filtering element of 36 x 0,4.     • Tube settlers
      The tube settlers (lamella clarifiers) for potable or industrial water are used in settlers in order to: - increase the settling capacity; - decrease the amount of solids (floccules); - increase the specific hydraulic load; - increase the settling speed; - decrease the number of the settling systems. The tube settlers are made in various constructive shapes (rectangular). The tube settlers are mounted on special support systems.
    • Resin trap
      The resin traps - CML-Dn type (linear or cross-over) are used to retain the wasted ion exchanger mass from the water treatment filters, in the technological process, as a consequence of accidental brake of nozzles or their improper mounting.
    • Visors
      The visors are components mounted on pressure or vacuum vessels, in order to visualize the mixture of solution and resin (ion mass exchange) in order to control the level and turbulence in its regeneration process (aeration / regeneration / washing). The visors are made of plexiglass plates with thickness between 20 and 50 mm. Working conditions: 1.     • Distributors Collectors
      The distributors and collectors are designed to uniformly distribute / collect the regeneration solutions, working fluid or circulating water in the ion exchange mass from the filters. The distributors and the collectors are manufactured depending on the filter diameter.
    • Ejectors
      The ejectors are devices designed for moving the fluids necessary for ionic filters regeneration and / or solution dilutions, by aspiration of the HCL or NaOH concentrated solution from the vessels, with input water and overflow of the diluted solution.The ejector has the following components: - Body, cylindrical mixing chamber and reinforced fiberglass resin air nozzle; - Joints with free flanges.The free flanges, the screws and the nuts are made of carbon steel.
    • Raschig rings
      The raschig rings are used for the thin break up of the water in the degassing columns.
