The tube settlers (lamella clarifiers) for sedimentation are made by gluing or welding profiled PVC or rigid polypropylene obtained by extrusion. The tube settlers are made in different sizes and shapes depending on the requirements (the size of the basin in which are mounted). The specialist will determine the proper distance between plates, height and tilt of the tube settlers.
Usually, the height of the tube settlers is 1000 mm and the assembly inclination of the shaped plates is 55º or 60º.
