The anchoring strap is a component of the protective equipment against falling from height that can be used in order to create an anchoring point.
The anchoring strap is made from textile material, having a synthetic rubber band sawn inside the strap, in order to increase the resistance to abrasion. At each end there is a D type steel ring. A connector can be attached at these two rings.
The length of the anchoring strap must be chosen depending the dimensions of the structural anchoring point, so the angle formed by the ends of the strap after being mounted to be smaller than 900.
