Pliers with insulating handles are used to cut electrical conductors made of aluminium with a steel core and maximum diameter of 15.7 mm (type 120/21 – SR EN 61089) and electrical conductors made of aluminium with a diameter of maximum 22.5 mm (type 300 – SR EN 61089).
Insulating handles are made of GRP tubes filled with polyurethane foam. Metallic items of the pliers are protected against corrosion.
The pliers are packed in a waterproof protection bag.
