Ladder IRMUT – extensible, from GRP + Al – 2, 3 or 4 sections

The IRMUT extensible ladders with two, three or four sections have their rails made of glass reinforced polyester resin (GRP) and aluminium rungs; they can be configured depending on the height of the work and can be used in the following working versions:
– leaned, in retracted version,
– leaned, in extended version.

Rungs and their fixing systems on rails are made of aluminium alloy. Rungs and rails are connected by riveted flanges that guarantee excellent tightening and optimal anti-roll rigidity of the rungs, and in case of damages they are easily replaceable.
At the upper end, each section is provided with a support and sliding system on flat surfaces, consisting of one pair of rollers each. Sections can be separated one from another.

The base section is provided with 2 anti-slip soles and one detachable leg, with hinged anti-slip sole and height adjustment, which can be mounted in one of the two rails. Upper sections are provided with rubber plugs to prevent the ladder slip on smooth surfaces when
used individually.

The basic section can be provided (at request) with a telescopic stabilizer bar. It is mounted on the base section, telescoped at both ends, by pressing a button at each end and locked automatically when the ends extend to the maximum. The bar is equipped with two non-slip articulated soles, reinforced with an internal metal plate, for greater rigidity. The articulated soles are equipped with a connector to which the height compensating device (unevenness foot) can be added.

The extensible ladders with 3 and 4 sections are equipped at the end of the upper section with a support, rolling and fastening device, with a textile strap.

Due to the insulating rails, ladders are recommended for works in electrical installations.

Extensible IRMUT ladders can be delivered with the following optional accessories:
– Support, rolling and fastening device on the pole, with textile strap
– Telescopic stabilizer bar
– Telescopic anti-flexion device, to limit the bending
– Extension hook, for handling the upper sections from the ground
